Korzen Health is seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at a premier Dedicated Psychiatry Hospital in Organ County.
Key Highlights:
• Monday to Friday inpatient schedule
• Brand new hospital with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
• Opportunity to work in one of our 22- or 23-bed C/A Units, serving patients aged 10-17 years old
• Collaborative team environment with 3 NPs and 2 Scribes providing support
• Maximum patient load of 15 patients per day, with a focus on intake and discharge
• IOP Program in place, with a strong social team and regular treatment team meetings
• Shared call for weekend coverage, with admissions during the day
• Competitive compensation and benefits package, including W2 employed positions with 6 weeks PTO and full benefits
