**Job Summary**

At BigYNon, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Encargado de Tienda de Comestibles to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting products, managing inventory, and analyzing sales data.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge and best practices, and provide support during peak periods.
• Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure accurate pricing and labeling.
• Basic Math Skills: Ability to manage cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
