Job Title: Eloquent WordPress Specialist with Front-End Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned and meticulous Web Developer with expertise in WordPress management and front-end design to collaborate with our team at Ronin Consulting LLC.

About the Role

This position entails maintaining and optimizing WordPress websites, ensuring they perform well, remain secure, and reflect modern design aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with team members to update content, troubleshoot issues, and deliver visually engaging user interfaces.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of:

  • WordPress Management: Regular updates and maintenance of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
  • Troubleshooting and Bug Resolution: Identifying and resolving bugs or issues on WordPress websites.
  • Security Monitoring: Implementing best practices to protect websites from potential threats.
  • Configuring Features and Functionalities: Configuring existing features and functionalities to meet business needs.

The role also involves performance optimization through techniques such as caching and database optimization, ensuring websites are mobile-friendly and meet web accessibility standards.

Performance Optimization

The ideal candidate will enhance site performance through optimization techniques, including caching and database optimization.

Content & User Management

The selected candidate will manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance, and oversee user management and role assignments for website contributors.

Front-End Development & Design

The successful candidate will create and implement modern, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces, translate design concepts into functional, responsive web pages, and collaborate on projects requiring graphic design and front-end development.

Technical Support & Consulting

The ideal candidate will provide general technical support and consultation on WordPress management, communicate effectively with stakeholders to address requirements and feedback, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven Experience in WordPress Development: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
  • Strong Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design Principles: Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Familiarity with Graphic Design Tools: Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
  • Knowledge of SEO Best Practices: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
  • Ability to Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong Understanding of Web Security Standards and Practices: Excellent understanding of web security standards and practices.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
