We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at Dexian. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and analyzing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and document business processes to understand their objectives and flow within the organizational and technology ecosystem.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process optimization.
- Design and implement efficient workflows to improve process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process implementation and ongoing process improvement.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of transferable experience in business process analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
