Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Prestige Protective Coatings. As an Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving company revenue by resolving customer questions and offering solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Taking sales orders via telephone and in person from new and existing customers
- Prospecting and contacting potential customers to expand our customer base
- Meeting agreed-upon sales targets within the specified timeframe
- Preparing and delivering quotations, negotiating prices with customers, and setting follow-up appointments to build strong relationships
- Creating sales material to present to new customers through cold calls and other outreach efforts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training
- A high level of energy, a service-oriented attitude, and a willingness to receive and follow direction
- The ability to build rapport with clients, providing pre- and post-sales service to generate repeat sales
- Cold calling and telemarketing for assigned accounts from our database
- A deadline-driven and detail-oriented approach
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This position offers paid training plus commission, making it a lucrative opportunity for the right candidate. We are located in Claremont, CA, and work Monday through Friday.
