Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare exceptional and flavorful dishes in accordance with all local and brand food safety standards and established recipes.
- Arrive at work punctually, dressed in a clean and complete uniform, with a positive demeanor ready to contribute.
- Welcome all patrons with a friendly smile and a warm greeting.
- Safely and effectively operate grilling and cooking equipment.
- Efficiently prepare all menu items and accurately read orders using approved abbreviations.
- Complete the designated checklist while stocking and preparing the kitchen for subsequent shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment, including workstations, dining areas, and restrooms, utilizing all tools provided by management.
- Promptly report any issues of concern to management, particularly regarding safety and customer service.
- Familiarize yourself with the menu and daily specials, ensuring proper preparation of each item.
- Understand your responsibilities and those of your colleagues to enhance teamwork during service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols regarding food handling, cash management, and other operational policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Age:
18 years or older and must successfully pass a drug screening.
Additional Information:
Must be capable of standing and walking for up to 10 hours daily while performing the aforementioned duties. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 55 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height. Must be able to climb ladders and step stools and meet the physical demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
