Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Midland Air and Space Port. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and follow recipes and menu specifications
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
  • Basic math skills to understand and follow recipe measurements and proportions
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
Working Conditions

This is a full-time or part-time position, working evening shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds or more, and work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.25, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement.
