CareSource is seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our Summer Internship Program. As a CareSource Intern, you will embark on a transformative journey, developing valuable skills, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research on SDOH to identify key challenges and potential solutions.
  • Working closely with business owners to understand current processes and procedures.
  • Analyzing data to track year-over-year performance and identifying trends.
  • Developing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine targeted interventions and solutions.

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited degree program.

In addition to these qualifications, we seek candidates who:

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excel in written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and concision.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, dependability, and a results-driven approach.
