Your Role
As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and documenting the project risk management process. Your expertise in facilitation and quantitative analysis will be crucial in identifying, evaluating, quantifying, mitigating, and monitoring risks in alignment with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk Workshops: Facilitate risk identification workshops with various project team members. Collaborate with management and partners to devise effective risk mitigation strategies. Monitor the implementation of these strategies alongside the project team.
- Risk Reporting & Quantitative Analysis: Analyze risk and safety data to uncover trends and focus areas. Enhance risk reporting through statistical analysis and prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders.
- Risk Management Process Activities: Oversee the proposal and project risk management processes, preparing detailed risk management plans. Collaborate with the Engineering Risk and Insurance group to define the insurable risk profile.
- Business Reporting: Identify and prioritize reporting requirements to establish effective reporting structures. Develop a reporting framework that integrates data from Power BI and Excel into insightful dashboards.
What We Seek
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high level of proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
- 5-8 years of experience in risk management, complemented by a decade of experience in the Engineering and Construction sectors.
- Familiarity with software suites like @Risk, Active Risk Manager (ARM), Acumen, or Primavera risk analysis (PRA).
- A proven track record of managing large-scale projects exceeding $100 million.
- Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
