This role is part of the Digital Industries division at Infosoft, Inc.
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong reporting capabilities, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving high accuracy standards.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Integrate processes and outcomes from various workflows to propose effective solutions for significant challenges.
- Oversee data workflows as they interact with CRM tools.
- Utilize CRM tools to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Support multiple product lines within designated business segments, catering to various customer types including industrial and construction distributors, end-users, and OEMs.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of open orders.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Experience with secure wireless and/or automation products is preferred; an associate's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- 5+ years of practical Customer Support experience in a related field (Phone/Web/Live Chat).
- Proven ability to replicate customer issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
- Strong logical reasoning, situational awareness, and time management skills, while maintaining a positive demeanor with customers and colleagues.
- High level of professionalism and outstanding customer service abilities.
- Capability to multitask and manage a high volume of work with precision.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
- Aspirations for growth within the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
- Willingness to learn about the assigned product line, including participation in internal training programs.
- Successful completion of the required training program is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and Quotation tools.
- 5+ years of practical Customer Support experience in industrial, construction, mechanical, or electrical sectors.
- Experience in managing software applications is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Enhance knowledge of assigned products within divisions to advance within the Customer Support Organization.
- Build lasting professional relationships across the organization, including plants, warehouses, sales, pricing, product management, and procurement.
- Understand the organizational structure to effectively escalate and resolve issues.
