  • Food Production: Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
  • Grilling and Cooking: Grill all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Inventory Management: Restock items at the Display Cooking Station and assist with carved meat options when needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding, and serving.
  • Cleanliness: Ensure the Hot Cook area and all smallwares are clean and check dishes for cleanliness before using them.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that Hot Choice Buffet products are always hot and fresh for our guests.
