Position Summary
As an Inventory Management Specialist at VWTS, your primary responsibility will be to uphold precise inventory levels while facilitating seamless operational processes. This role encompasses conducting cycle counts, addressing inventory discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to effectively meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical inventories and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Reduce stock shortages through diligent record management.

- Refine inventory stocking strategies and enhance warehouse management techniques.
- Engage in Material Review Board (MRB) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Provide detailed reporting for inventory and planning teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to product quality and safety standards
Education & Experience
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Preferred minimum of 3 years in inventory management
- ASCM CPIM certification is a plus
