Overview:

Westminster Winter Park, a vibrant Active Living Community, is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Server within our Health Services Center. As a faith-based, not-for-profit organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional services to older adults, embodying our mission to "Honor those who have served."

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to all relevant rules, policies, standards, and guidelines associated with employment at Westminster Communities.
  2. Ensure the cleanliness of all dining utensils, glassware, and cooking equipment.
  3. Provide table service with a friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
  4. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen areas, including proper waste disposal.
  5. Keep temperature and sanitation logs to meet established standards and regulations.
  6. Restock dining ware and assist with inventory management as necessary.
  7. Support unloading delivery trucks and other kitchen tasks as directed by supervisors.

Essential Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; students pursuing a diploma are welcome to apply.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a high-volume dining setting; familiarity with basic sanitation practices and safety protocols is essential.

Requirements: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Florida SafeStaff certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
