Keke's Breakfast Cafe - Winter Park is seeking a Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Remove used tableware and clear tables after guests leave, taking care to place items in the correct areas for washing.
  • Promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings, and inspect the floor and clean as needed.
  • Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as required, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for our guests.
  • Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers and hostesses to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
  • Assist servers with plate removal, especially during peak periods, and maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
  • Thank guests as they leave and be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • No previous restaurant experience is required, but you must be able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
  • You must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
  • You must be available to work 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays.
  • Full-time applicants must consider Keke's as their primary place of employment.
  • All employees must have dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip shoes on the first day of work.
  • No visible tattoos when wearing a short-sleeve polo shirt.
