We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Anticimex. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing quality and effective service to our customers, utilizing our trained pest control system for daily, weekly, and monthly customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage route production on a daily basis to complete assigned service appointments.
- Identify additional customer needs and offer other services to existing customers.
- Maintain a professional image within company guidelines, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Follow company standard operating procedures as trained on all services assigned.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and care of company vehicle and company equipment.
- Use basic math, good time management, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to perform the job effectively.
- Able to work a minimum 40-hour week.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have 5 years of driving experience.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
