About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Termite Technician to join our team at HomeTeam Pest Defense. As a Termite Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, presenting a professional appearance, and discussing and diagnosing pest issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
  • Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
  • Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
  • Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
  • Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company-provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
  • Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
  • Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
  • Keep customers informed about the service
  • Stay motivated and focused while working independently

Qualifications

  • No experience required - training will be provided
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company-paid)
