Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for Global Transportation and Logistics, aligning with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Oversee the development of solutions, drive consensus within the organization, and effectively communicate recommendations to senior management.
  • Define and execute product requirements, design, and feature development priorities, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer requirements.
  • Perform analytics on data to drive business decisions and iterate on our products, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of transportation systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of critical components and services.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices and processes to improve operational efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Support travel throughout the US as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product or program management, business development, or technology, with a strong background in transportation management systems.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, driving product development, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery, feature delivery, and tradeoffs, with a strong understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Experience with managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership, with a strong focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
