Role Summary:

HCA Far West Division is seeking a Geriatric Medicine faculty member to enhance its Internal Medicine residency program.

Ideal Candidates:
  • Board certified or board eligible in Geriatrics
  • ABIM/AOBIM or ABFM/AOBFM board certification or eligibility
  • Possession of Idaho medical license and DEA
  • Open to J-1 visa candidates
  • Experience in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program and graduate medical education administration is advantageous
  • Willingness to balance teaching, clinical duties, and administrative responsibilities
  • 2-4 half days allocated for GME administrative tasks
  • 1 half day per week dedicated to didactic sessions
  • Involvement in inpatient consultation services and outpatient clinics is expected
