Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Rear Load Driver to join our team at Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. As a key member of our waste management team, you will be responsible for safely operating a rear load truck to collect and transport waste and recyclables to disposal sites or recycling facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a rear load truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by collecting and hauling waste and recyclables from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and complete necessary logs and reports.
  • Conduct physical labor, including lifting, pushing, and pulling, to load and unload waste and recyclables.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • Ability to read and speak the English language.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
