Job Summary

Rumpke Transportation Company, LLC is seeking a skilled CDL Rear Load Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely collecting and hauling waste and recyclables to disposal sites and recycling plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a rear load truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and professional collection of waste and recyclables.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, collections, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
