Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team at ProCare Therapy in Fairfield, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and progress for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid California state SLP license.
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
