Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a per diem / prn Float Physical Therapist for a per diem / prn job in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret physician referrals and complete musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods.
- Establish a plan of care and implement individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals.
- Monitor and evaluate outcomes and adjust the individualized treatment plan as needed.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning.
- Document patient care and progress in accordance with department policy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) within 6 months.
- Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and squat throughout the workday.
