We are seeking a Radiation Safety Program Supervisor to enhance our Revenue Cycle Team and contribute to the evolution of dental practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement NADG's Radiation Safety and Quality Program at both central and site levels, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Manage facility radiation licensing, develop and update policies and procedures, and assist with state registration and compliance inspections.
- Collaborate with office teams to establish and maintain radiation protocols, supporting compliance initiatives under the guidance of senior compliance leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison for Radiation Safety and Quality Program management, providing resources and best practices to address compliance concerns.
- Supervise individual site radiation programs, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker for facility radiation licenses and key performance indicators related to radiation safety.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on radiation compliance, contributing to company-wide initiatives.
- Assist in the development of compliance processes related to radiation programs at various levels.
- Manage projects associated with radiation compliance initiatives, including policy development and training sessions.
- Stay informed about state-specific regulations and best practices impacting radiation programs.
- Notify compliance leadership of any high-risk situations regarding radiation management.
- Conduct routine site visits to provide targeted compliance support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or a similar leadership role.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare position, including healthcare compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
