The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with the Director is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals of the unit. This designated leader is responsible for the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to ensure the safe operation of the department
- Implement and supervise safe patient care practices
- Evaluate and improve departmental performance
- Develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet departmental needs
Requirements:
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
- Certifications as required by designated unit assignment
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
