**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our geriatric patients in skilled nursing facilities and residential care settings.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and management of acute, episodic, and chronic health problems for patients in skilled nursing facilities and residential care stays.
  • Collaborate with attending physicians and provide mid-level practitioner services, including initial evaluation, ongoing medical monitoring, triage of changes in patient condition, and ensures appropriate medical discharge planning.
  • Use prescriptive authority to order medications, treatments, and therapies, while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum two years of geriatric clinical experience in acute and chronic health problems.
  • Masters degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire.
  • Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License (Washington) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support required at hire.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
