Leadership Opportunity

A leadership position with a successful, regional family-owned company is available.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to support our operations in the office by maintaining systems, providing top-notch customer service, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures for accounts payable, receivable, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Manage a customer-focused office with automated systems.
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly analytics and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Sustain a disciplined accounts receivable process.
  • Assist in other areas or departments as needed.
  • Lead and manage personnel handling front-line customer contact responsibilities.
  • Communicate openly and considerately with associates, managers, customers, and vendors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents.
  • Capacity to interpret and act upon company-generated reports.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable leading and motivating by example.
Compensation Package

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes paid holidays, vacation, medical, dental, short-term disability, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with generous company match.
