Job Title: Christmas Kettle Campaigner

As a Christmas Kettle Campaigner, you will play a vital role in The Salvation Army's holiday season fundraising efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor a designated kettle location, ensuring it is never left unattended and that funds are securely managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor a kettle at an assigned location and ensure its security and accountability
  • Greet the public in a courteous and friendly manner, expressing appreciation to donors
  • Conduct job duties following The Salvation Army's ministry and Christian principles
  • Ring a small handbell and be responsible for the bell and apron
  • Meet attendance requirements and perform duties with an understanding of The Salvation Army's mission, ministry, philosophy, and culture

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow instructions with limited supervision
  • Ability to greet and courteously respond to the general public
  • Ability to abide by required dress code
  • Ability to ring a small handbell and be responsible for the bell and apron
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements
