Contract Duration: 4+ Months
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Architect to lead the evaluation and transition from traditional SAP systems to Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and various departments throughout the assessment phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Requirement Analysis:
• Engaging with clients to gain insights into their existing HR workflows and systems.
• Facilitating workshops and conducting interviews to extract comprehensive requirements.
• Assessing the client's organizational needs and objectives for the HCM cloud migration.
Evaluation and Assessment:
• Reviewing the client's current HR systems to identify deficiencies.
• Analyzing the viability and implications of transitioning to an HCM cloud solution.
• Performing a cost-benefit analysis to illustrate potential return on investment.
• Creating detailed process maps and documenting essential requirements and change impacts.
• Evaluating existing integrations and planning for future ones.
Solution Development and Strategy:
• Proposing best practices and optimal configurations for the HCM cloud platform.
• Compiling comprehensive reports and presentations to convey findings and suggestions.
• Formulating a detailed implementation strategy, encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
Qualifications:
• 10 to 15 years of extensive consulting experience, specifically in implementing SAP and SuccessFactors solutions for Core HR and Payroll.
• Proven experience in multiple on-premise to SuccessFactors transformation initiatives as a solutions architect.
• Familiarity with major SAP industry consulting partners is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of human resources principles, processes, practices, and regulations, along with experience in various business functions and HR operations.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in conducting workshops and influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills are essential.
• Broad experience in engaging and coordinating both technical and non-technical teams.
