We are committed to building and operating some of the world's largest data centers, and we are seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to join our team.

About the Role

The Master Electrician will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance at our various facilities in Texas. This role requires advanced knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with our Site Managers to lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure system functionality.
  • Plan and manage electrical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with other trades and contractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing training and guidance on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Work closely with operations staff and facility managers to optimize repairs and maintenance efforts.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
  • Be available for on-call duties, 24/7.
About You

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Master Electrician with a strong background in electrical systems and a proven track record of leading and managing teams. The ideal candidate will have a valid Master Electrician License in the state of employment and up-to-date certifications for the role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and completion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school is preferred.
