Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Professional to join our team at a community in the Kerman, CA area. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

About the Role:

This Leasing Professional will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a multi-family residential community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of basic computer operations and internet programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
• Manage daily leasing activities, including showings and applications
• Process and maintain accurate records of leasing transactions
• Develop and implement effective outreach marketing strategies to attract new residents
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and objectives

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
