Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at a community in the Kerman, CA area. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent problem-resolution skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for leasing and customer service. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our multi-family residential community, including leasing and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
• Manage and maintain accurate records of leasing and marketing activities
• Develop and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure seamless operations and high resident satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in leasing and customer service

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
• Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multitask
• Passion for leasing and customer service
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
