Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 annually, with the opportunity for professional growth and development. Additionally, a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus is provided, comprising $750 at hire and $750 after six months of employment.

Job Description

This position provides a unique opportunity to work with families and youth in a supportive environment. As a Wraparound Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating family engagement, mediation, conflict resolution, assessment, and planning. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate family meetings and develop individual plans of care
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate with stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote family engagement and participation

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Two years relevant experience required
  • Knowledge base for mental illness, diagnosis, and behavioral disorders
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
