Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to provide exceptional care and support services to our residents at Golden Visions Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized resident care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Provide hands-on care, including personal grooming, feeding, and transfers.
  • Manage medication administration, vital signs, and other health-related tasks.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills in gerontology and caregiving best practices.
Requirements
  • Certification in gerontology, CNA, or LVN/LPN license; prior experience in senior care or a related field highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
