Become a Resident Support Specialist with Morningside Ministries

We are excited to have you join our team as a Resident Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our licensed professional nursing staff to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily routines, administering medications, and ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care possible.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k) with company match, employee assistance program (EAP), and employee referral bonus program.

Key Qualifications:
  • Must have a Medication Aide certificate from the State of Texas.
  • Minimum of one year related experience preferred or experience as a Nursing Assistant.
