Rich Products Corporation is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Associate to enhance our commitment to food safety and quality. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble and set up production machinery for thorough cleaning.
  • Utilize COP and CIP systems for effective equipment sanitation.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and setup of all production equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain chemical concentrations in CIP systems.
  • Keep accurate records with CIP chart documentation.
  • Manage inventory of sanitation supplies to ensure availability.
  • Provide training to new team members on essential skills.
  • Operate the SCADA system to support sanitation processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with guidelines.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to mentor others.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating the SCADA system is necessary.
