Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $36.00 per hour, determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, location, and market conditions.

 

Job Overview

This highly skilled Esthetician will provide clients with personalized skin care consultations, develop tailored treatment plans, and expertly perform treatments including facials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels.

 

  • Conduct client consultations to identify skin concerns and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Maintain open communication with clients to address their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and techniques to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure client safety at all times and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Promote retail products and additional services offered by SkinSpirit.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Florida State Cosmetology License.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Esthetician, preferably with existing clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Proficiency with email and ability to work independently.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, and using hands and arms to perform various tasks.
