Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Willow Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by preparing and serving nutritious meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patient trays according to instructions and dietary requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and portioning of meal items according to menu and dietary needs.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, flatware, and utensils used to serve patients and others.
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the dishwashing area and work environment.
  • Deliver food, nourishments, and supplies to Nursing Units and other areas as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a dietary department or large volume food preparation and service preferred.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy.
