Job Summary:
Sparks Group has partnered with a global leader in print production to seek an experienced Print Production Specialist for a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of printing experience and a strong understanding of document production techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and partner with business unit document owners to meet document production needs in a cost-effective manner.
- Primary resource for all document production needs, including forms, document design, and replenishment stock.
- Promote print services and convert applications to digital platforms.
- Ensure savings targets are met and recorded for various deliverables.
- Interface with preferred suppliers and manage process requirements.
- Develop a solid understanding of key customer forms, documents, and applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of print industry experience in production and/or project management.
- Minimum 3 years in a customer relationship role.
- Experience in print estimation and document production techniques.
- Familiarity with commercial, transaction print, and digital print.
- Direct mail experience and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
