Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis, process improvement, and problem resolution tasks for Payments solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Payments business line, including strategy, business plans, products, processes, and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement business cases, business requirements, test plans, procedures, and audit remediation.
  • Provide input for project plans, work assignments, target dates, and other aspects of assigned projects.
  • Act as a liaison between business line, operations, and technical areas throughout the project cycle.
  • Drive projects toward completion of defined plans through direct participation in development or oversight of deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Banking, Systems, or Operations, with 4 years in Payments Product groups.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead large matrix groups and manage multiple projects under pressure.
