Job Summary:

As a Security Operations Supervisor at Securitas Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security teams at multiple sites. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to ensure that all security protocols are being followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Teams: Lead and direct security personnel to ensure that they are delivering high-quality service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct Site Inspections: Regularly inspect client sites to ensure that they are being properly secured and that all post orders are being followed.
  • Communicate with Clients and Branch Management: Meet with clients and branch management to discuss service delivery, address any issues or concerns, and provide input on security planning and assessments.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Participate in the orientation, training, and development of security personnel to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Review and maintain accurate records of security operations, including incident reports and client satisfaction surveys.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; knowledge of security operations and procedures; ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. The successful candidate will be able to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
