Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales results
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales associates
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
  • Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
