Job Summary:
Comfort Wave Home Services is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Business Development Representative to join our field team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and engaging with customers in our partner retail locations, generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the store and encourage them to learn about our products and services
- Engage customers in conversation and schedule an appointment for one of our Comfort Advisors to come out and provide an estimate
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone (bring-your-own-device stipend offered)
- Weekend availability required
- Must be able to perform independently with minimal supervision
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bilingual speaking is a plus (but not required)

- Base hourly rate $17/hour + uncapped commission (average $20-30/hour)
