Position Summary:

We are currently in search of enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Team Members for our Eastern Customer Service Center. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers, dealers, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inbound inquiries from customers and partners in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information regarding payment processes and assist with phone and online inquiries.
  3. Retrieve and communicate pay-off details clearly to customers, ensuring all transactions are documented accurately.
  4. Review customer accounts to waive late fees and process retail extensions, including due date changes and lease deferrals.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer account issues effectively.
  6. Maintain clear documentation of all interactions and customer requests in accordance with established protocols.
  7. Research and address unique customer inquiries using internal resources, escalating complex issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work evening shifts and flexible hours as required.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
