About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC technician to join our team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Mt Airy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality HVAC services to our residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learns and implements our proprietary One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices.
  • Accurately diagnoses problems with clients' HVAC systems and recommends service and repair options.
  • Performs service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio.
  • Optimizes profitability through effective time management and inventory control.
  • Maintains a neat work area and inspects it for cleanliness after each job.
  • Maintains company vehicles, ensuring they are always clean on the inside and outside.

Requirements
