Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver career readiness training through both in-person and virtual workshops.
  • Establish connections with local community partners and businesses to provide valuable insights and resources to our students. The strength of our program is built on the quality of our partnerships.
  • Act as a liaison among Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, educators, community leaders, and students, effectively connecting the various stakeholders in the program.
  • Ensure timely completion and processing of all required documentation to meet contractual performance standards.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently to attend all appointments and meet deadlines. Many aspects of this role can be performed remotely, necessitating a high level of self-discipline.
  • Engage in additional opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services, education, training, or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate documentation of visits and contacts.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel between educational institutions.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to obtain necessary background clearances for educational settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
