Overview

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience to our guests, ensuring that every detail is attended to with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up stations, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Coordinate service activities within a given area of the event venue, maintaining high standards of service and quality
  • Engage with guests to foster ongoing relationships and gather feedback on our product and services
  • Collaborate with other personnel to review and comment on recipes and menu development
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • A flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
