Position Overview

Driscoll Children's Hospital is actively seeking a qualified and board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Pulmonologist to enhance our esteemed practice dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our young patients. Team Composition

Our pediatric pulmonology team is composed of a committed group of healthcare professionals, including nurses, respiratory therapists, social workers, dietitians, physical therapists, and clinical pharmacists. We specialize in managing a wide range of pulmonary conditions, with particular emphasis on asthma, long-term ventilation needs in children, and cystic fibrosis. Since 2015, we have proudly operated the only Cystic Fibrosis Foundation-accredited center in South Texas.

Driscoll Children's Hospital is a 191-bed pediatric tertiary care facility, offering specialized medical services across 32 medical and 13 surgical disciplines. Our institution serves the South Texas region, including various communities. Established in 1953 through the vision of Clara Driscoll, we remain the only free-standing children's hospital in South Texas, featuring the first emergency department designed specifically for pediatric care.
