Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher

We're seeking a skilled Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher to join our team at GEICO. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and effective solutions to policyholders experiencing vehicle issues. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role and support the growth of your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to emergency roadside service requests
- Effectively communicate with policyholders, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide informed support
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
