Job Summary:

CAPITAL is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Bedliner Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive detailing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare truck beds and other surfaces for bedliner application
  • Mask off areas not to be coated and ensure surfaces are free from dirt, rust, and other contaminants
  • Mix and apply bedliner coatings using spray equipment or other application methods
  • Ensure an even and consistent application to meet quality standards
  • Maintain and clean application equipment to ensure proper functionality
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used, work completed, and any issues encountered
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automotive detailing, paint application, or a related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures and the use of PPE
