Key Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by the company.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales to new and existing clients.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services offered by J. Morman Insurance Agency LLC and Farmers Insurance.

Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources.

Generate insurance quotes and provide excellent customer service to clients.

Cold call and perform other lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and self-motivated individual who works well independently.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

License in PC and Life/Health insurance is preferred, but not required.

Experience in commercial and sales is a plus.
